All facilities must meet stringent Federal, state, and local requirements for storm water runoff, wastewater discharge, bulk oil storage, toxic chemical storage, and air emissions. In addition, many industries are subject to annual reporting under the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA). SARA requires facilities that use over a threshold quantity of hazardous materials to submit forms to the EPA/DEP that identify how these materials are used, stored, or released into the environment. Aspen Environmental can conduct a chemical inventory at your site to assist your facility in determining whether it is required to submit these reports. We will also complete and submit the necessary forms for you, leaving you more time to manage your facility.
